Notice is hereby given that an electronic/telephone Public Hearing affecting “Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako Zoning Bylaw No. 1800, 2020” (the Zoning Bylaw) will be held on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 7:00 pm regarding the following Bylaws:

4 in 10 Smithereens experience disability, whether permanent or temporary.

The Town of Smithers Works and Operations Department will be conducting the annual Water Main Flushing Program beginning Monday, May 1st, 2023 , until approximately Friday, June 2nd, 2022 . Two weeks prior to the annual Water Main Flushing Program beginning, chlorine will be added to the system in controlled quantities, to disinfect iron bacteria, silts and other substances that have settled out of the water and become lodged in the distribution system.

At its Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 11th, 2023, beginning at 6:30 pm, in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall , 1027 Aldous Street, Smithers, BC , public will have the opportunity to comment on the following bylaw:
