Dust off your cowboy boots, the Kispiox Rodeo is returning.

The event, dubbed the biggest little rodeo in the west, includes a full BCRA rodeo and will be held the first weekend in June at Kispiox Valley Rodeo Grounds.

The plan is to keep the 76th annual event fairly traditional with a beef barbecue, live dance, mounted drill team, and camping along the Kispiox River. However, new this year will be mini bronc riding.

According to organizers, last year, after taking a two-year hiatus because of the pandemic, had incredible attendance and they expect the same this year.
