The Town of Smithers Works and Operations Department will be collecting residents' Christmas trees during this week.
Trees must be clean of all decorations and tinsel and placed at the curb prior to 8 a.m. on your designated garbage day. Trees can also be left at the Town compost site at the Public Works Yard at 2888 Nineteenth Avenue or at the Telkwa Transfer Station.
