A 35-year-old Terrace resident died this weekend in Telkwa after a single vehicle collision occurred at at about 11 p.m. Saturday night.
Smithers RCMP responded to the crash site at 8 a.m. on Sunday but through further investigation it's believed the incident happened the night before but because of where the vehicle came to rest, it wasn't visible from the road right away.
Highway 16 was closed in both direction until about 6 p.m. Sunday night.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
