The barbecue part of the Kinsmen club's Telkwa Barbecue happens on the Monday of the Labour Day weekend and since it follows a full weekend of baseball, music and a car derby, the anticipation for this annual treat is at its peak.  But how do they prepare it, and time it, so that all this beef is served to all these people at the same time? Here's a behind-the-scenes look at what the Kinsmen call "British Columbia's longest running tradition."
