A 25-year-old man is in custody after 42-year-old man was found unresponsive at a residence in Kispiox this morning.
New Hazelton RCMP are treating the incident as a homicide.
Just after 5 a.m. this morning, New Hazelton RCMP were called to assist the BC Ambulance Service at a call and found the man deceased at the scene.
The RCMP are currently consulting with Crown Counsel on charges for the 25-year-old.
