I just want to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the article ‘50 years on the job’ by Shannon Hurst.
They could make a movie of this gentleman’s life, one that I would go see. It sounds like quite the accomplishment and something that he should be proud of.
I particularly enjoyed this piece as I have a small Schnauzer named Winston. Absolutely no comparison but because of his name got me reading the article.
The paper may be small in size but it always has interesting reading about people in our valley and the Hazeltons.
