We would like to thank the BVCS for doing such a fine job of cleaning the ditches along the roads in the Bulkley Valley. Good job.
Down in the Surrey and Langley area there is a fine of $176 for any insecure load of garbage not covered by a canopy or tied down securely with rope or a rubber bungee cord box top. This should be put in place here and by the Regional District and enforced at the dump.
