Demo garden complaints take the cake

Editor :

Of all the narrow ideas I’ve heard in Smithers this one takes the cake.

An innocent garden, growing wonderful vegs close at home will contribute “noise” “loitering” “camping” “the use of drugs”, and, of course people crossing the street.

Well, I guess people who don’t have a garden will just have to buy produce grown thousands of kilometres away. A healthy idea.

I’ve never heard such ridiculousness even in Smithers. By the way, the other garden is not an eyesore; I’ve worked in it and it is successful. People, get real.
