In Loving Memory ~ Anyone that was lucky enough to meet Sue knew what a caring and giving person she was.
In the 17 years she spent working for RBC, Sue could be found helping clients and staff with a kind smile and endless knowledge. She made many friends and acquaintances in her time working in several management positions in both the Hazelton and Smithers branches. She was quick to volunteer or organize events, and always sure to make things easier for everyone she worked with.
Sue loved her husband, Wayne; kids, Jaime (Chris), Darren (Cait), and Jessica (Dan); and grandkids, Alex, Piper, Elli, Jaxon, Brody and Mason, above all else. She was often at any hockey practice, soccer game or school event and was actively a big part of everyone's lives.
She was known for making the best birthday cakes, always planning months in advance to make sure they were perfect. She fought a hard battle for as long as possible and was able to pass peacefully with family around her.
Although it was not nearly enough, we couldn't be more grateful for the time we had. She was a huge part of our family and the best wife, mom and nana.
A special thank you to the doctors at Coho Clinic, the home care nurses, and the staff at the BVDH; your kindness and compassion was truly appreciated.
If circumstances allow, we will have a Celebration of Life in the spring.
