It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Sandy Greene (Sandra Joan Inkster).
Sandy was born on Aug. 5, 1954 in Selkirk, Manitoba. She passed away Sept. 20, 2014, following complications of a brain aneurism in Vancouver.
Sandy is pre-deceased by her husband, Joe Greene, her father, John Calvin Inkster, mother, Beverly Joan Sinclair, and older brother, Robert (Bob) Inkster.
Sandy leaves behind sons Jackson (wife, Melissa, children, Kiara, Kayden) and Stanley (son, Byron), brothers, Kenneth (Joe) Inkster, Michael Weinhardt, Brian Inkster, Norman Weinhardt, and John (Shorty) Inkster.
Sandy was well known in the community of Smithers and area for her 26 years of working at the Sausage Factory.
A celebration of life for Sandy will be held at her home in Telkwa at 12:00 on Oct. 25, 2014.
