August 18, 1961 - March 10, 2021
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we must say goodbye to our loved one Robert (Bob) Merril Goodacre who passed away March 10th, 2021.
Bob was born August 18th, 1961 in Princeton BC. He was a loving Son, Brother, Uncle and Grandfather.
Bob will be remembered lovingly by his family, Grandchildren Skylar, Seth, and Shaina, Father Clarence (Slim) Goodacre, Brother Tom Goodacre, and sisters Teri (Don, Lorne, and Levi), Betty (James, Kelsey, Drew). Bob is predeceased by his mother Mary Goodacre.
Bob was very generous, lovable, compassionate, and full of grace. He was involved with and loved by many from his church and community of Fort St. James, BC. He always reminded those around him to be grateful for what they have.
One of our cousins describes Bob as "A gentle giant with a big heart who told terrible jokes." We will certainly miss his unique sense of humour. Bob's kindness and gratitude will forever stay in our hearts and we will all miss his infectious positivity.
