Born March 20, 1921, in Dauphin, Manitoba passed away Nov. 13, 2004, in Prince George Regional Hospital, Prince George, B.C.
Predeceased by his parents Luke and Martha Ann Blabey, sons Edward and Ray, sisters Pearl, Annie, and Lois.
Neil will be sadly missed by his loving wife Alma, and his children Neil Jr. (Lynn), Luke (Sherri), John, Tom (Marg), Rena (Ralph) Dahlke, Clifford (Sandra) Garth, Shannon Blabey (Ray), Leonard (Laura), Gary (Pattie), missed by his 22 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

He is also survived by a brother Stan (Alva) of Rosedale, B.C, brother Ray (Vi) of Dauphin, Manitoba, sisters Alma (Oscar) Reimihe of Lacombe, Alberta, sister Myrtle (Ray) Neufeld of Lewiston, New York, sister Ethel (Ed) Heisler of Horseshoe, North Carolina.
His wish was that he would meet everyone he ever knew on resurrection morning, when Jesus comes to take his loved ones home.
