Morris passed away at Bulkley Valley District Hospital peacefully. He was buried at Moricetown Cemetery.
We would like to acknowledge all the staff of Wrinch Memorial Hospital for the care and comfort provided while Morris stayed there. We would like to acknowledge all those who took time to visit Morris in hospital in Hazelton and Prince George, especially Dr. Lowry and staff at Prince George Kidney Centre.
Morris started logging for his father at the age of fourteen in Houston. He worked for the late Harry Hagman and John Hemich. He worked numerous places in his lifetime of logging.
Morris leaves behind his wife Elsie, sons Orvall, Graham, Mervin, George, numerous nephews and nieces and grandchildren.
Morris is predeceased by his father Matias, mother Sarah, sister Mary, and brother Ernie.
A special thanks to Darlene and Chester Williams, Morris’ brother Francis and wife Shirley, and Emma Baptist, for being there when he needed them most.
