Margaret Anne "Maggie" Bradley

November 15, 1940 - May 17, 2019
Margaret Anne Bradley, "Maggie", the daughter of the late Marjorie (Bunny) Fink and Ernest Bradley, began her adventurous life in Telkwa BC November 15, 1940. The family was re-located to Prince Rupert, Masset and Bella Bella where Ernie worked as a Provincial Policeman but soon returned to Telkwa and then later to Smithers. She attended Telkwa Elementary and Smithers Secondary. Maggie was married in Monte Creek B.C. to Axel Peterson in 1956 and raised their family in the Bulkley Valley. She enjoyed her career and many friends at Pacific Inland Resources (Smithers). When she retired, she moved to Tumbler Ridge for short time, then to Burns Lake and then back to Smithers. She quietly departed this life Friday, May 17, 2019 in Smithers BC.
Maggie was loved dearly by many.
She is predeceased by her loving son Erik Peterson, her Parents Bunny and Ernie, Sisters Laurine and Barbara Bradley, Grandson Jaxon Peterson and Granddaughter Sarah Peterson.
Her enthusiasm for life, sense of humour, love of family, laughter, music and good food will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Cathy Whalen, Rod, Brad and Mitchell Peterson: ten grandchildren, Ashley, Axel and Jessica Whalen, Luke Peterson, Cassie Ledoux, Liam Peterson, Mia Behan, Ellington and Rowan Peterson: Her brothers Dale Bradley and Dan Bradley: sisters in law Susan and Danielle Bradley and brother in law Brian Olson: son in-law Don Goalder, daughters-in-law Crystal Ledoux and Tanya Behan; and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
There will be a celebration of life at the Telkwa Pub, 1709 Riverside St, Telkwa BC June 29th @ 1:30. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be mailed to the Bulkley Valley Hospice Society, PO Box 8 - 3862D Broadway Avenue, Smithers, BC, V0J 2N0.
