LOUISE AMELIA DAVIDSON

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Louise Amelia Davidson (nee Hagen) Oct. 31, 1925 to April 14, 2011. Born in Hazelton, B.C., Louise came to Prince George where she met and married Sifton, on Nov. 19, 1951. There she raised her children, worked, developed and nurtured many lifelong friendships.

Predeceased by her parents Anna and Lars Hagen and brother George Hagen.

Louise is survived by her husband Sifton Davidson, son Brian Davidson (Myrna) and granddaughter Virginia of Prince George, daughter Marie Bourdon (Paul) of Kelowna, granddaughter Marcedes Buck (Sean), great-grandchildren Kendal, Leif and Alivya of Prince George, grandson Lars Seykora (Lyndsay Bigelow) of Prince George, brothers Arthur Hagen of Valleyview Alberta, Norman Hagen (Betty) of Hazelton, Henry Hagen of Hazelton, numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to Dr. Lawrence Fredeen for the exceptional care that he provided. To everyone at the Jubilee Lodge who provided a loving home for Louise and support for us, her family, through many difficult times, we can not thank you enough. To Ann Marie and Jasmine words can not express our appreciation for everything you do.

Memorial service took place Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Knox United Church, 1448 5th Ave, Prince George, B.C. A tea followed at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of B.C.
