“Life is just a chance to grow a soul”
Lee Ciampichini, born to Vince and Mary March 6, 1952, passed away September 11, 2009 in his home after a courageous 17 month battle with Cancer.
Lee is survived by Barbara his wife and lifetime companion of over 40 years, his children Mike (Brandi), Amy (Craig), brothers Vince and Mardy, three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lee was a friend and mentor to his family, as well as countless friends who knew him for his honesty and hard work. He has always been there for the people in his life whether it be a handyman or a helpful ear; he always seemed to know what to do.
Taken away from us much too soon he will be remembered for his love of work, hunting, fishing, camping, drag racing or just watching Family Guy with his grandkids.
He lived each day to the fullest and never gave up. Forever loved and missed, we will use your strength and goodness to carry on.
There are no words to describe a father of this magnitude, all that can be said is that he set the bar at a level that will be impossible to surpass and will be remembered and idolized by many people forever.
