With heavy hearts we said goodbye to a loving and selfless father, husband, and brother Khan V. Tran.
Khan passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2019 in the Bulkley Valley District Hospital in Smithers. He was born on May 1, 1959 in Vietnam, the eldest of five. He came to Canada in 1980, not knowing English, but was able to learn the language and go to school to become a mechanic. He worked as a mechanic from 1985-2018.
Khan was a strong man who fought hard for his family. He is survived by his brothers Nghiem, Vu, Cuong, and Loc as well as his sister Mai. He leaves behind his loving wife Chieu, and four children Karl, Kimberley, Kelley, and Karen. The family will hold a private celebration of Khan's life.
