Ken passed away suddenly, from a heart attack. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Edna, children Jennifer and Michael, and brothers Bryan and Warren and their families.
Ken moved west from Ontario and worked for BC Parks for 25 years. Following retirement he enjoyed life at home with his canine pal Shadow, his hobbies, and some travelling. He was a staunch supporter of his kids and was especially happy to help them choose their first cars in recent years. Golf was a favourite pastime from an early age, and he played many a round at the Smithers Golf & Country Club including the opening day on April 30, less than a week before his death. His Characteristic smile and good nature will be sorely missed.
