Joseph Andrew Laughlin

Joe passed away at home after his long 27 years of heart problems. He just kept going, without ever complaining. He was a worker and was busy until the end, and made the best of the life he had.
Joe was a kind and happy man who always enjoyed people young and old. He made many friends — he also was a wonderful husband and father.
He leaves behind his loving wife Hope, their 4 adult family — Ed (Sarah), Wayne, Gayle (John) and Kathy (Theo) — 6 grand daughters — Samantha, Teresa, Natasha, Gennifer, Johnell and Jessica. 3 grandsons — Joey, Morris and Kalen.
Joe always looked forward to seeing them all. He has two sisters in Cranbrook, B.C. — Alma and Marie and many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. These were all part of Joe’s life.
Thank you all who sent such lovely cards, flowers and food. Pasters, Bob Mitchell and Murrey Wittke for such a nice service for Joe. The great congregation and those people who stood up and spoke about Joe. Tom’s eulogy was great. Thanks to all the ladies who looked after the lunch.
