John (Jack) Richard Spooner
December 31, 1931 - August 19, 2011
Born on New Year’s Eve 1931 to Hazel and Leo Spooner of New Hazelton. Predeceased by his parents, sister Anne (Ed) Malkow and brothers Bill and Bob.
Jack worked as an equipment operator for Department of Highways, later Nechako North Coast Construction, for several years.
Jack passed away on August 19, 2011 at Wrinch Memorial Hospital.
His extended family are very appreciative of the excellent care provided by the medical staff at Wrinch Memorial Hospital. Also, many thanks to Diane Foord, Don Roth and Rod Spooner for their daily visits and immense support. His sense of humour will be lovingly remembered by his numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
