Jay (Jessie Forsyth

May 31, 2006

Jay Forsyth (Jessie) born in Cadboll Scotland May 21, 1932, to  Andrew and Janet Fraser.  Passed away on May 31, 2006.

She was survived by her loving family: daughters, Irene (Kelly) Squires and Pauline Forsyth; sons, Gordon (Lynn), Raymond (Debbie) and David (Jackie) Forsyth; grandchildren, Heather (Mike) Lussier, Kevin (Daralyn) Squires, Karyn (Dan) Meyn and Mark Forsyth; brother Bill MacAngus, sister Audrey MacKenzie; nephews, Bill (Victoria) Fraser, James (Paula) Fraser and Scott (Lorraine) Urquhart.  She was most known for her happy generous countenance that would go before her no matter the situation. She lived her life never wanting to be a burden and always finding a way to give in to somebody else’s life. She could be trusted to have a good witty reply to anybody that would partake of her light hearted teasing.

She had many interests such as knitting, sewing, painting, photography journalism, wine and beer making and various craft projects.

Her love for song and poetry writing   has got her a place in the Socan Song Writers Association, as well as having songs recorded and published.

As she goes forward into her new life she will always be a Guiding Light.  A funeral was held on Thursday June 8 2006 in Kelowna.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, would be appreciated. Arrangements were in care of Everden Rust Funeral Services, (250) 860-6440
