Hazel passed away peacefully in the Bulkley Valley Hospital in Smithers on Oct. 29, 2006, at the age of 86.
A service will be held at the Telkwa Christian Reformed Church on Nov. 25, at 2 p.m.
A lieu of flowers, donations to the food bank would be appreciated.
