Gerald Phillips
Long-time resident Gerald Phillips passed away on December 14, 2009. He came to the Bulkley Valley in 1958 as the first Chartered Accountant in the area. Over the pursuing 51 years, he served as accountant and auditor to many businesses, native bands, charities, towns and schools. He continued his work to the day before his passing with his usual passion and care for his clients. From the early beginnings he became involved in many interesting ventures in the communities of the Northwest and Yukon. He is survived by his wife Roz and children Brad, Vivianne and Matt. Memorial services to be held later in February.
