George Arthur Schlitt
August 4, 1966 - July 6, 2009
After having fought a valiant fight with cancer George passed away in the arms of his loving wife and soul mate Sandy to be with his heavenly Father. Survived by his son Mason, parents Herb and Katherine, brothers Wilf (Dorrie), Peter, sisters Marie Easley (Scott) of Vancouver, Dorothy Ruhwald (Kurt) of Calgary and numerous nieces and nephews. The manner in which George lived his life was also a tremendous example to all who admired and treasured their relationship with him. A memorial service celebrating George’s life will be held in Prince George at the First Baptist Church, 483 Gillett St, Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
