Frank passed away peacefully at his home in Victoria on Sunday, September 30th, 2007. Frank is survived by his wife Carol, daughters Megan Cassidy and Amy Duncan (Glen) and granddaughter, Sloane Megan Duncan and his stepsons Jeremy and Devon Francis. He was predeceased by his first wife Maureen.

A celebration of Frank’s life will be held at the Kispiox Valley Community Hall on November 17th, 2007 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Hazelton District Public Library (The Cassidy Collection), Box 323, Hazelton, BC, V0J 1Y0, 250-842-5901.
