Francis Henry Gleason

Oct. 25, 1930 – July 23, 2011

Passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on July 23, 2011, at the age of 80 in Smithers, B.C. He was laid to rest in Telegraph Creek, B.C on July 30, 2011.

Francis is remembered by; his career as a heavy duty mechanic in Cassiar B.C., jet boat operator on the Stikine River, the love of Ford trucks, Arctic Cat snowmobiles, community service with the Telegraph Creek RCMP and proud elder of the Tahltan Nation.

He is survived by his wife Anne Gleason, son Chris Gleason (Nancy), daughters Lois Ferguson (Mickey), & Trina-Anne Gleason-Zubek (Kyle), grandchildren Taryn Cutler (Kelly), Devon Gleason, Dana Ferguson, Kiel Ferguson, (Nikki), Emilio Ferguson, great grandchildren Keegan Z., Aleea Z., Nolan F., Blake G., Paytan F., Garrett C., & beloved pet Smokey.
