Passed away quietly at BVDH on Saturday, Aug. 26
Frances is survived by her sons Bill (Ottawa) and Tom; daughter-in-law Julie and her grandchildren Jesse and Ashley.
Frances requested NO service be held and NO flowers please.
There will be a celebration of her life held in October.
