Libon, Frances passed away peacefully on Jan. 3, 2005 at Glengarry Care Facility Victoria where she resided most comfortably for the past two years. Her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Moe Arnston and son and Daughter-in-law, John and Judy Libon were at her side. At the age of 89 (almost 90) born in 1915 on Feb. 1. Predeceased by her eldest son, Pete Libon, October 2000. She also leaves behind daughters Louise and Ray Leacock, Doris and Wayne Wyman and son Jim Libon. Sister, Helen Yarmenko and special friend Jean Johnson. She will also be missed by her 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
