On August 8th, 2022, beloved community member and hitchhiker Dave Stevens, passed away at age 74. Born William David Stevens, Dave died suddenly while riding a bike in a place he loved.

Dave will be remembered for that twinkle in his eye, his iconic red hat and shorts-in-winter fashion, his radical modes of transportation, his good-bad jokes and his environmental leadership and activism.
