Barry Edward Broza
June 23, 1949 - May 24, 2011
Born in Saskatchewan, raised in Prince George, and moved his family to Smithers in 1979. Barry was a quiet, patient, family man who loved his home and his family and the outdoors. A true hero to the end, he lost the fight with complications from diabetes, but won a world of respect for his strength and endurance in the battle. So ride on Dad!
Barry is survived by his wife and partner of 45 years, Denene, children Gail Steele (Rick), Kelly Broza Pacey (Doug), Kertis Broza (Shannon), Kerri Broza Hamhuis (Bryan), and the shining light of his life, his four grandsons Brandon, Reese, Taeo and Nate, and new new grandbabies Ayla and Isaac.
We will always hear your voice saying “It’s another beautiful day in the Bulkley Valley.” Keep shining down on us!!
