Anne Gleason
Sept. 2, 1935 to Nov. 2, 2011
Passed away at the age of 76 years old surrounded by her loved ones. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and a caring grandmother to all of her grandkids and great grandkids. Anne worked in Cassiar Mines for years then became a stay at home mom. During this time she also worked along side her husband running their jet boat business in Telegraph Creek, B.C. Later in their years she and her husband created a home in Smithers to be close to family. Anne loved baking, attending church, sharing her culture and being by her husband’s side. Anne has now rejoined her loving husband who passed three months earlier. She is missed by many, loved by all, and remembered for all that made her the woman we are now mourning.
She is survived by her family, Chris (Nancy), Lois (Mickey), TrinaAnne (Kyle), Taryn (Kelly), Devon, Dana, Kiel (Nikki) & great grandkids, Keegan, Aleea, Garrett, Blake, Nolan, & Paytan. Also her loving pet Smokie.
