In loving memory ~

Alvin Burton Cliff (Al), aged 89, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2024, at Wrinch Memorial Hospital in Hazelton, B.C. He was born in Fort William, Ontario on July 25, 1934, and moved to British Columbia in the 1950s. He worked as a finishing carpenter and job superintendent on sites in Vancouver and across the Prairie Provinces. He retired to Masset on Haidi Gwaii and then moved to New Hazelton.

He was predeceased by his parents, Edwin and Bessie Cliff of Thunder Bay, brother Robert and sister-in-law, Anne Cliff of Chilliwack and sister-in-law, Margaret Fraser of Camrose, AB.

He is survived by a brother, Bruce Cliff of Camrose, AB, sister, Susan Cliff (Bob Arnold)of Calgary, AB, niece, Marlene LeNeal (Mark) of South Surrey and nephews, Douglas Cliff of Salmon Arm and John Fraser-Cliff of Calgary as well as many friends around British Columbia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver.
