AFRA MARIA KONST
Mrs. Konst was born May 13, 1910, in Hoorn, Holland. She passed away Feb. 12, 2003, in Smithers, B.C.
She is survived by three sons; Tony and Jos (Vera) of Smithers, B.C.; Andries of Holland; three daughters, Sofia and Agnes (John) of Smithers and Tina of Richmond, B.C. she is also survived by 32 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, three brothers who reside in Holland Ð N.P. Koppes, P. Koppes and C.H. Koppes. She also leaves to mourn, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband AnnŽ in 1983.
The funeral mass was celebrated on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Fr. Frank Kuczera O.M.I. officiating. Mary Spicer was the organist. Interment in the Smithers Cemetery beside her beloved AnnŽ.
Memorial tributes of flowers were appreciated by the family, as were the donations to the charity of your choice.
