Riverside Campground is re-opened now as the Bulkley River has dropped off slightly overnight.
The adjacent trails will remain closed for the public's safety. The Fall Fair Grounds will remain closed due to heavy water saturation leading to poor road conditions. The Fair Grounds will be reassessed on May 31 for possible reopening.
The State of Local Emergency declared on May 27 still remains in effect, as does the evacuation order for 4264 Rosenthal Road due to recent sloughing of the high river bank in this location.
