The three men involved in a home invasion were sentenced last week in Smithers court, after pleading guilty to their charges in July.
Howard Fowler pled guilty to charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence, possession of a break-in instrument (through the act of masking his face), and unlawful confinement.
There was a stay of proceedings for the charge of robbery.
It was the exact same case for co-accused Simon Fowler, and Steven Morrison, except Morrison was convicted for the robbery charge.
The Fowlers received a sentence of nine months, along with two years probation and a 10 year firearm prohibition.
Morrison received 10 months, along with the same conditions.
The incident the men were charged with took place in April 2010.
The three broke into a man's home in Kitwanga and tied him up while the home was robbed.
At the time it was reported that they were holding weapons which included a knife and a baseball bat with nails in it.
