Regional transport to get to Rupert rally

On Thursday, May 12 there will be a rally for an “Oil Free Coast” in Prince Rupert at 7 p.m. and organizers are hoping to make a statement to Enbridge and it’s sub-affiliates who are sponsoring the North Central Local Government Association (NCLGA) Convention.

There will be a bus leaving from Smithers at noon on the day of the event that will stop in Moricetown at 12:45 and New Hazelton at 1:15 and cost is by donation only.

However, seat reservation is required and people who are interested in attending are asked to contact Tyler McCreary at 250-847-2970.
