The Smithers RCMP detachment has received an above average number of reports of vehicle-related crimes, including theft from vehicles, mischief to vehicles and theft of vehicles in the Telkwa area.
Residents of the Telkwa area are reminded to lock their vehicles at night an not to leave expensive belongings in their vehicles.
