Police seek public’s help in search for missing New Hazelton man Lester Sampson

Police are seeking information from the public to help find New Hazelton man Lester Sampson, who was last seen at Glen Vowell on Aug. 25.

Police are seeking information from the public to help find missing New Hazelton man Lester Sampson.

Extensive land and water searches have failed to locate the missing 57-year-old, who was last seen at the village of Glen Vowell (Sik-e-dakh) on Aug. 25.

RCMP, Search and Rescue and members of the public are involved in the search effort.

Sampson is described as being of First Nations descent and about 183cm tall. He weighs about 77kg, has dark brown and grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a grey or blue shirt.
