Cullen proposes riding name change

MP Nathan Cullen says he is proposing to Parliament a name change for Skeena-Bulkley Valley.

Skeena-Bulkey Valley MP Nathan Cullen wants to be Skeena-Pacific Northwest MP Nathan Cullen.

The local member of Parliament made that announcement on Facebook Tuesday.

Cullen had put out a poll Nov. 1 with two suggestions to his 26,000 Facebook followers, garnering 240 votes. Neither suggestion in the poll was used.
