Smithers RCMP are seeking a witness who may have information about an indecent act that occurred on Sept 22 last year at the Bulkley Valley District Hospital.
Police have been told that a woman witnessed an indecent act in the women's washroom at the hospital.
The incident was reported to hospital staff at the time, however the witness didn’t come forward to the police. Investigators would like to speak directly with her to gather more information about what she allegedly observed.
"We are looking to speak with the person who witnessed this incident so we can better understand what occurred," said Cpl. Lewis Stryde of the Smithers RCMP. "Your information could assist our investigation."
