The Smithers Community Radio (CICK) Deckfest is returning on Aug. 17 to Central Park.
This annual free outdoor concert is for all ages and will occur from 5 to 8 p.m.
Funded by the Bulkley Valley Community Arts Council and Bulkley Valley Credit Union, Deckfest features local artists.
Al n’ Jackson, 1000cuts, CICK DJs and a guest band will be performing. Residents can also tune into 93.9FM or smithersradio.com for a live broadcast of the event.
On Aug. 16, Deckfest will also be offering a warm-up rock show at Smithers Brewing Co., with Urchin and Your Favourite Band performing.
Cover is $10 and it begins at 8 p.m.
