A two-vehicle incident on Friday morning May 10 at the corner of Highway 16 and 16th Avenue briefly closed the intersection.
Smithers RCMP were called out at 10:30 a.m. for the two-vehicle collision.
Corporal Madonna Saunderson said while there were injuries, the extent of those injuries is unknown at this time.
Traffic was detoured to the frontage roads for less than a hour.
Police say the investigation is on going.
