Due to severe weather and the closure of schools last Friday, John Field Elementary School was forced to cancel some of their Carnival activities last week.
The dog sledding and skating has been rescheduled for this Friday and parents are still needed for volunteering to help with tying skates in the afternoon at the outdoor rink in Old Hazelton and to help with events at the school throughout the day as well as in the morning with the dog sledding event at the field at Gitanmaax Hall.
