With spring around the corner the Learning Shop in Old Hazelton is once again becoming a bustling centre for activities.

With spring around the corner the Learning Shop in Old Hazelton is once again becoming a bustling centre for activities such as gardening and next week the HUB lunch offers a unique topic called “Get off the Grid Campaign”. Everyone is welcome to stop by the Learning Shop on Wednesday, Februray 29th to engage in disuccsions while eating a healthy lunch provided by Youth Works.

Residents are asked to come out and see what directions this campaign could take the Hazelton’s and surrounding communities. All HUB lunches offer a wide variety of discussions and conversations and allow people to get invovled with the grass-roots community development. If someone is interested in a particular topic they are invited to stop by and share their ideas for future lunches. The popular Backyard Gardeners first meetings are underway and anyone interested in expanding their gardening skilss are invited to stop by and get involved.
