There is currently a call out for Hazelton area artists both young and old, to design two different logos. The Upper Skeena Regional Early Childhood Development Network is launching an Early Childhood Awareness Campaign that will encourage healthy, early childhood development and they need a logo. They are asking that the logo reflect that it is everyone’s responsibility in the community to help develop healthy children. Entry deadline is March 31st and entries can be send to lindfordcharlotte@gmail.com or faxed to 250-842-5048. The second logo contest is for the newly formed South Hazelton Community Association. Organizers would like this logo to reflect the community and it’s diversity. Deadline for this entry is May 1st and submissions may be emailed to southhazeltonca@gmail.com. There will be prizes awarded for both entries.
