The Smithers Art Gallery is hosting two exhibits from April 5 to 30.
One, called Intimate Forest, is a photography collection by area photographer Dany Couture.
The other, Vintage Lovelies, is an exhibit of ceramics by Shannon Butler.
The artists will be on hand for a grand opening on Friday at the art gallery from 7 p.m. to 9. Admission is free.
Couture studied commercial photography in Montreal and lives in Telkwa.
Butler has attended many workshops and artist residencies, and makes pottery full-time.
