EVANS - Patricia “Pat” peacefully passed away March 13, 2006, surrounded by her family after losing her battle with lung disease.
Pat is survived by her three loving children, four grandchildren, four brothers and four sisters and their families, and numerous other family members.
A funeral service was held at Regina Funeral Home on Monday, March 20, 2006. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat’s memory may be made to the Regina General Hospital, MICU, 1440 -14th Avenue, Regina, SK, S4P 0W5, or the Arthritis Society, 110, 2550-12th Avenue, Regina, SK, S4P 3X1.
