Pat Rooney was born April 1st, 1948 in Edmonton, AB and passed away in Smithers, BC on October 14th, 2015.
Pat accomplished many great things in his life. A commercial helicopter pilot for 46 years, a loving and most caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, son in-law and an amazing friend. He earned a exceptional amount of love and respect from many.
Some of Pat’s hobbies included woodworking, biking, cooking for Tanya and most recent, researching and planning to build his own passive house.
Pat will be greatly missed by his loving wife, sister, children, step children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Pat is a irreplaceable man. Words cannot describe how much you will be missed by all of your family and friends.
