It is with peaceful hearts that we announce the passing of Marcella Adelaide Love (Edmonds). Marcella was born May 16th, 1925 in Hardisty, Alberta and passed away July 24th, 2016 in residence at the Bulkley Valley Lodge in Smithers, BC.
Marcella is survived by her sister, Lois Pollock, daughters; Lois Love and Lorna Perry, 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held in her honour at 2:00 pm, on Friday August 5th, in St. James Anglican Church, 1636 Princess Street, Smithers. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marcella’s name, be made to the Bulkley Lodge, PO Box 3640, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0.
Marcella was a light in this valley, and she will be deeply missed.
